1. The payment terminal has not been activated.

After a payment terminal issue has been reported, it is important to verify that the "Active" field is enabled for the specific payment terminal. To check this, navigate to the "Payment Terminals" section and locate the payment terminal in question. Then, click "Edit" (the pencil icon) and confirm that the "Active" checkbox is selected.

2. The payment terminal has not been assigned to a charger.

Another potential issue we may encounter is that the payment terminal has not been assigned to a charger. Each payment terminal must be assigned to the charger where it has been installed.
In order to verify this, navigate to the "Payment Terminals" section, then click "Edit" on the relevant payment terminal. In the pop-up window, go to the "Pair With Chargers" field. There, you can check whether the payment terminal has been assigned to a specific charger.
If the payment terminal has not been assigned to a charger, the following message will be displayed on the terminal screen:
"No charger available."

3. The payment terminal has not been assigned to a location.

Similar to the issue described above, it is important to ensure that the payment terminal has been assigned to a specific site area in its settings. In order to verify this, navigate to the "Users" section and click the "Assign to Site" icon. In the pop-up window, check whether a location has been assigned to the payment terminal.
If no location has been assigned, you will need to add one using the "Add" option in the pop-up window.
